博士修了年度のスケジュール

The schedule of the final school year for the Ph.D. is as follows. Mind that the date is an approximation; it may move forward or backward a few days.

• Early Nov.: Fix the date of the preliminary presentation for Ph.D.
• Late Nov.: Submit the review version of your Ph.D. thesis to the reviewers.
• Dec.: The preliminary presentation for Ph.D.
• Early Jan.: Apply for the final presentation for the thesis defense.
• Middle Jan.: Fix the date of the final presentation.
• Middle Feb.: The final presentation for the thesis defense.
• Mar. 14: Submit the final version of your Ph.D. thesis to the Student Center.
• Mar. 23: Graduation. The ceremony will be held at Iwate Prefectural Hall.

博士の修了年度のスケジュールをお知らせします。 日付は例年からの推測ですので、実際には数日ずれるかもしれません。

• 11月上旬: 博士予備審査会の日程を決める。
• 11月下旬: 学位論文(審査版)の提出。提出先は研究室の先生達と副査の先生。
• 12月: 博士予備審査会。
• 1月上旬: 学位論文審査の申請。
• 1月中旬: 博士(本審査)公聴会の日程を決める。
• 2月中旬: 博士(本審査)公聴会。
• 3月14日: 学位論文(最終版)の提出日。提出先は学生センター窓口。
• 3月23日: 卒業式。場所は例年だと岩手県民会館。
